Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Center Programs (HVAC) to lead on-site execution of complex HVAC service and construction projects for hyperscale data centers.

You will own end-to-end delivery, including air-side and water-side systems, commissioning, and field support. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in HVAC project management, strong coordination with GCs, engineers, and commissioning teams, and deep knowledge of controls

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HVAC service operations or project management.
• Strong technical understanding of air-side and chiller/water-side HVAC systems.
• Experience with BMS/controls platforms and protocols (BACnet, Niagara, Modbus).

Responsibilities

• Drive safe, disciplined execution of HVAC mechanical programs in mission-critical construction environments.
• Coordinate start-up, commissioning, IST, and field support with internal and external teams.
• Represent XNRGY at GC and project meetings and manage change across scope and schedule.
