Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Center Programs (HVAC) to lead onsite execution of complex HVAC service and construction programs for hyperscale data centers.

The role covers air-side equipment (CRAC/CRAH units, air handlers, VRF) and chiller/water-side systems (chillers, cooling towers, piping), driving execution from rework to commissioning and field support in uptime-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HVAC project management or service operations.
• Experience with air-side and chiller/water-side systems in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/controls platforms and HVAC sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable, repeatable execution of mission-critical HVAC programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across rework, start-up, commissioning, warranty, and field support.
• Oversee air-side and chiller/water-side HVAC systems execution.
• Coordinate Level 3–5 commissioning, equipment start-up, and IST.
• Collaborate with GCs, controls integrators, commissioning agents, and operators.
• Monitor risks and dependencies; manage schedule and change control.
• Represent XNRGY at GC and project meetings; maintain on-site presence.
