Responsibilities

• Receive and check-in deliveries of material and equipment
• Sort, organize, track onsite materials used for systems installation
• Maintain accurate inventory of all deliveries including HVAC equipment, parts, tools
• Notify project manager or appropriate team member that the item(s) has arrived
• Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Gather and deliver materials from storage to field crews as requested
• Handle distribution of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment within the job sites. Operate onside van or ATV as required to transport employees, materials, etc.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of HVAC equipment and materials to prevent damage
• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools for on-site installations and repairs
