Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control or related experience.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, or material documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and other project documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records for project materials.
• Track materials from receipt through storage, issuance, and installation.
• Label and identify materials to ensure they can be easily located and distributed.
• Issue materials and equipment to field personnel and maintain appropriate records.
• Perform routine physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify shortages, damaged materials, incorrect deliveries, and missing items.
• Communicate material issues promptly to project management and purchasing.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project personnel regarding deliveries and material status.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating material deliveries to the jobsite.
• Track high-value equipment and materials to reduce loss, damage, and unnecessary reordering.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical inventory documentation.
• Support material forecasting and help identify upcoming project needs.
• Assist with returns, transfers, surplus materials, and project closeout.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and material-handling areas.
