Job summary

ARaymond is seeking an Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist to lead HSE programs across metal forming and heat treatment operations in a manufacturing setting.

You will implement and improve safety training, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting while partnering with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to reduce risk and promote a proactive safety culture. The role also involves coordinating with external inspectors and supporting ISO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with health, safety, and training.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, or state regulations.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HSE resource.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA/EGLE and ARaymond HSE standards.
• Lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) / Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and incident investigations using root-cause methods.
• Maintain and update safety training and audit readiness.
