Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to lead Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives on a major LNG facility construction project. This field-based role requires strong leadership, rigorous risk assessment, and ongoing compliance with client, company, and regulatory standards to promote a robust safety culture on site.

Responsibilities include monitoring HSE policies, conducting inspections, leading investigations, delivering toolbox talks and safety training, and supporting PTW

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSE field experience in Oil & Gas construction.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
• Experience working with contractors in construction environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, lifting operations, confined space entry, excavation, and working at heights.
• Support Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes and emergency response activities.
• Promote proactive safety awareness among employees and contractors.
