Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking an HSE Trainer to develop, coordinate, deliver, and document HSE training for personnel on the CWLNG project. The role emphasizes fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring project-specific HSE training before and during execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering HSE training in major projects, a solid understanding of OSHA construction requirements, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or recognized qualification in HSE or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering HSE training in construction, petrochemical, LNG, oil and gas or similar major projects.
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction requirements and project HSE standards.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience maintaining training records and electronic systems.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE orientation and onboarding training for employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain and support implementation of the Project HSE Training Plan.
• Maintain training attendance, qualification, certification, and competency records.
• Deliver HSE training covering project rules, hazard recognition, Stop Work Authority, incident reporting, and emergency response.
• Coordinate training with HSE management, Construction, HR, subcontractors, and project supervision.
• Verify required HSE training and certifications prior to work.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate refresher or specialized training.
• Develop and update training presentations and campaign materials.
• Support safety campaigns and workforce engagement activities.
• Monitor training completion rates and report to Project HSE Management.
