• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across OSBL construction areas.
• Conduct regular site inspections and intervene on unsafe acts or conditions.
• Review and verify risk assessments and permit-to-work activities.
• Oversee high-risk activities including hot work and excavation.
• Participate in incident reporting and ensure corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions.
