Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification is required.
• 10+ years in construction safety or related field.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in safety, health, or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for safety policies and participate in safety audits.
• Assist Project Manager and Construction Manager with safety enforcement.
• Conduct field walks and safety observations of contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Solstice safety policies and procedures.
• Support monitoring and management of safety programs.
• Participate in project safety reviews, risk analyses, and audits.
• Perform safety stand-downs with construction contractors.
• Perform other safety-related duties as directed by the client.
