Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field or equivalent experience.
- HSE experience in manufacturing or complex operations.
- Knowledge of OSHA and HSE regulations.
- Experience with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach across manufacturing operations to advance HSE performance.
- Manage and improve the HSE Management System and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and promote hierarchy of controls.
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE into daily operations.
