Cavco Industries, Inc. is seeking a detailed-oriented Recruiting & Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations across our Retail Division at the Phoenix office.

You will work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Regional HR Manager to manage entry-level recruiting, employee status changes, and accurate HR processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of tasks

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, payroll support, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems; UKG experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with employee onboarding, personnel transactions, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruiting activities for entry-level positions, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communications, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain job requisitions, applicant records, and recruiting activity in UKG.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare offer letters using approved templates.
• Partner with hiring managers to support an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
• Initiate and track background checks, drug screenings, and required onboarding documentation.
• Monitor UKG onboarding completion and coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure first-day readiness.
• Organize new hire orientation, welcome communications, and First Friend assignments.
• Schedule 30-, 45-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins and distribute new hire experience surveys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential onboarding records.
