Cavco Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting & Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations across our Retail Division. Based at Cavco's corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, this on-site role collaborates with HR leadership to ensure accurate HR processes.

The ideal candidate is organized and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or recruiting coordination.
• Experience with UKG HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruiting activities for entry-level positions including postings, resume screening, communications, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare offer letters.
• Coordinate preboarding and onboarding through the first 90 days.
• Monitor onboarding completion and coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT.
• Maintain onboarding records and confidential files.
• Support employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and separations.
