Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a Site Human Resources Supervisor to provide on-site HR support for a major construction project in Piketon, Ohio.

You will partner with site leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, investigations, and compliance, while supervising site HR staff and coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum ten (10) years of Human Resources experience, including on-site, field, project, construction, or related operations.
• Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Human Resources support to project leadership and employees.
• Partner with site management on employee relations, workforce planning, and staffing needs.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Conduct employee investigations and assist with resolution of workplace concerns.
• Support performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation activities.
• Promote employee engagement and support employee communication initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and project requirements.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and other functions as needed.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data and trends.
• Supervise and guide site HR personnel as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
