Arrowhead Winch in Okmulgee, OK is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support on-site HR activities in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate HR tasks, advise on policies, and partner with managers to drive performance and compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years in HR, knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, Title VII and EEO, plus strong communication and organizational skills. On-site work only; comprehensive benefits include 401K with matching, medical/dental/vision, disability

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, Title VII and EEO requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-site HR contact for employees, supervisors and managers.
• Assist in investigations and document findings; support corrective action.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and short-term disability through the process.
• Maintain employee records and administer HR programs in ADP; assist with merit reviews.
