Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America is seeking an HR Services Coordinator on a 12-month contract to support multiple factories with data entry, personnel records management, and training coordination. This role requires strict confidentiality and knowledge of federal HR and payroll regulations.

On-site Monday through Thursday with Fridays work from home, you will process employee lifecycle transactions, maintain HR policies, and share knowledge to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred.
• Combination of education/experience in HR helpful.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HR transactions and correspondence for client requests.
• Maintain employee lifecycle documentation and HR records.
• Process job changes, organizational updates, and separations in HR systems.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and accuracy.
• Assist with New Hire Orientations as needed.
