Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services client is seeking an HR Risk & Leave Administrator to ensure safety and compliance in the workplace. This 100% onsite role handles risk management and leaves administration, coordinating with HR, benefits, payroll, and external vendors to support timely processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2 years in HR or administrative work preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work injuries, vehicle and equipment accidents with reporting and investigations.
• Maintain documentation of safety procedures and incidents.
• Identify opportunities to reduce injuries and improve safety.
• Serve as liaison between management, employees and vendors such as insurers.
• Coordinate OSH Committee meetings and safety awards.
• Administer leaves of absence including documentation, timelines, benefits coordination, status updates and return to work.
• Communicate leave procedures to employees and coordinate with HR, benefits, payroll and providers.
• Maintain LOA records and monitor status for payroll alignment.
• Provide general HR support and other duties as assigned.
