Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR administrative and generalist support to employees, managers, and HR team.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance support.
• Respond to questions on benefits, leaves of absence, garnishments, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR workflow continuity by coordinating with the HR Assistant.
• Assist with year-end HR activities and holiday season administrative tasks.
• Provide occasional support with inventory tracking and equipment sign-outs.
