Job summary

Qualifications

• HR administration experience including onboarding and benefits.
• Experience coordinating recruiting and employee relations is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting coordination, onboarding, retention support, offboarding, and exit interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting, prepare offers, conduct orientations, and ensure onboarding docs are complete.
• Administer benefits enrollments, changes, COBRA coordination, and benefits communication.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, job descriptions, salary structures, and confidential HR documentation.
• Track leaves of absence, workers' compensation, safety programs, ergonomic processes, and injury reporting.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and issue resolution.
