Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in HR, payroll, recruiting or related admin work.
• Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced operations preferred.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions.
• Administer payroll processes and timekeeping compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
• Respond to payroll/timekeeping inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support employee engagement and HR policy guidance.
