Qualifications

• Adhere to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration.
• Coordinate with departments to support new hires and maintain HR records.
• Provide guidance to employees on workplace matters.
• Assist with absence, health issues, and performance matters.
• Develop HR metrics, queries, and standard reports.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and performance programs.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with updating the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
