Job summary

ABM Industries is hiring a Site HR Partner to align business objectives with employees and first-line leaders, handling all HR functions for the ABM client site in Abilene, TX. The role requires consulting with front-line managers on HR-related issues and acting as an employee champion and change agent.

The position focuses on workforce planning, onboarding, policy guidance, and ensuring regulatory compliance, including AAP/EEO and labor relations management. Onsite role, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in Human Resources, business operations or management.
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with union and non-union employees is a plus.
• Strong consultation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Oversee compliance with collective bargaining agreements, including handling grievances and union relations.
• Partner with leadership to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with Talent Team to develop workforce plans that respond to staffing needs.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to front line leaders.
