Job summary

ABM Industries in North Carolina is seeking a Field HR Partner to align business objectives with employees and front-line leaders across North Carolina and South Carolina. The role serves as a consultant to front line leaders on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent.

This is a Hybrid Role (in-office or in the field 4 days/week) with our regional ABM office located at 800 Gateway Centre Blvd Suite 300, Morrisville, NC 27560.

Job description

ABM Industries is seeking a Field HR Partner to align business objectives with employees and front-line leaders in North Carolina & South Carolina. The position serves as a consultant to front line leaders on human resource-related issues. The successful Field HR Partner acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Works in collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals necessary to sustain and drive business performance. Ability to implement innovative and practical solutions through a strong process and metrics focus. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
