Dough Zone Dumpling House is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support day‑to‑day HR operations across our Bellevue locations and corporate teams. This onsite role in Bellevue, WA includes onboarding, records management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee inquiries.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and work collaboratively to implement HR initiatives and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and related systems; process lifecycle changes (hires, promotions, transfers, terminations); prepare HR documents and reports; respond to routine HR inquiries.
