Job summary

Call On Doc in Irving, TX is seeking an HR Specialist to provide operational administration of HR programs across the employee lifecycle. This onsite role supports compliance, employee records, HR systems, and audits, coordinating with Payroll, IT, Finance, managers, and external vendors.

You will manage offboarding, maintain confidentiality, ensure timely recordkeeping, and prepare for audits. Strong organization, Excel and HRIS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience administering HR operations, benefits, personnel records, HRIS, and compliance.
• Experience coordinating employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, analytical and auditing abilities, and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with managers, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end offboarding processes and related workflows.
• Confirm final employment dates and develop transition plans with managers.
• Set offboarding timelines and ensure knowledge transfer between departing employees and managers.
• Coordinate transfer of projects, duties, vendor relationships, reports, and system responsibilities.
• Notify departments of separation-related actions and coordinate related communications.
• Maintain and audit personnel files, records retention schedules, and confidentiality.
• Prepare records for internal and external audits and coordinate with HRIS and Payroll to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain HR system data accuracy and ensure compliance with federal/state notices.
