You will serve as the primary HR partner to operations, driving recruiting, performance management, onboarding, and workforce planning in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. The role emphasizes compliance, employee relations, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years of HR leadership experience supporting large hourly workforces.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner to operations leadership and employees.

• Interpret and administer CBAs where applicable.
• Lead recruiting for exempt and key operational roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to meet staffing goals.

• Track turnover trends and workforce metrics.
• Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support performance review and succession planning processes.
• Identify workforce-wide training and development opportunities.
• Drive a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
