You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies, drive continuous improvement, and cultivate a culture of engagement and performance. As onsite HR leader, you will oversee payroll, benefits, employee relations, safety initiatives, and talent planning across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business concepts and decision making for HR strategy.
• Ability to analyze HR data and present insights to leadership.
• Experience advising management on HR initiatives and policies.
• Experience in workforce planning and talent pipelines.
