Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience conducting workplace investigations.
• At least 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Investigate workplace issues/complaints initiated through internal platforms, covering salaried and union-represented employees.
• Handle and resolve cases with professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policy and relevant regulations.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed investigation records and documentation.
• Manage sensitive employee data and statements with strict confidentiality.
• Draft clear, concise, and objective investigation reports.
• Foster an effective, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
• Provide appropriate support to salaried personnel.
• Support all relevant employee health and safety requirements.
