Job summary

EPITEC is seeking an experienced HR Investigator to conduct workplace investigations covering employee relations concerns, policy violations, harassment, retaliation, and other complaints. You will manage investigations from intake through resolution, conduct interviews, maintain confidential records, and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations and interviews, managing cases and documentation, keeping information confidential, and delivering clear findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in investigation or employee relations.
• Experience interviewing employees and handling complex workplace matters.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Location: Southeast Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $40-$46/hour

We are seeking an experienced HR Investigator to conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns, policy violations, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace complaints. This role will manage investigations from intake through resolution, conduct employee interviews, maintain confidential records, and prepare detailed investigation reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of investigation, employee relations, or case management experience
• Experience conducting employee interviews and handling complex workplace matters
• Strong report writing, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing and/or unionized environments

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, nights, weekends, or split shifts based on investigation needs
