• Labor relations experience preferred, especially in a unionized setting
• Onsite location with travel to Highland, IL

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and hiring efforts for the mill, including partnerships with university co-ops
• Govern frontline employee relations and supervise disciplinary actions related to attendance and performance
• Implement HR policies and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance
• Coordinate interview processes and materials for hourly staff recruitment
• Investigate employee relations questions and resolve issues
• Serve as first point of contact for labor relations and union contract negotiations
