Day-to-day duties include full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leaves, benefits, safety programs, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, benefits administration, FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
• Experience supporting performance management and conducting employee investigations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers at the Winston-Salem facility and assigned locations.
• Build relationships with plant leadership to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and temporary workers.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Support administration of leaves, workers' compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs.
• Assist managers with coaching, investigations, and documentation of employee matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
