Analog Technologies, an electronics manufacturing firm in Burnsville, Minnesota, seeks an HR Generalist to handle payroll, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration onsite. You will partner with production leadership to support payroll compliance, employee engagement, and performance processes within a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the HR Director and collaborates with the HR Manager to implement HR programs, ensure policy consistency, and maintain

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources work experience; previous HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Provide payroll processing and reporting support in a timely, accurate manner.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Support full-cycle recruitment and onsite interviews for Production roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and required trainings for new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and annual engagement survey activities.
• Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting and coaching guidance.
