Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. seeks an on‑site HR Generalist / TA Specialist for our Colorado facility. You will own full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations, support employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and policy implementation.

Partner with the Henderson, NV HR team to align practices, manage payroll and benefits coordination, and ensure compliance with federal and Colorado regulations. This role demands an organized, confidential, and proactive communicator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience in manufacturing/operational environments preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and Colorado employment requirements; payroll and benefits coordination.
• Experience building pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, nutraceutical, FDA-regulated) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite HR contact for Colorado facility; support employee questions and HR processes.
• Coach supervisors on performance, attendance, and policy application; maintain records.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and skilled roles; coordinate interviews and offers.
• Collaborate with Henderson HR team to align practices and address workforce concerns.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave, and HR system questions; ensure timely documentation.
