Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to support employee engagement and retention at our Columbus, GA manufacturing facilities, including a new startup site.

You will coordinate HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining HRIS data accuracy. The role requires partnering with site leadership, supporting performance management and training, and providing timely employee relations support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Maintain employee records and ensure policy interpretation.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
• Assist with employee relations and performance management.
• Run reports and support HRIS data integrity.
