Job summary

CFS in Bryan, OH is seeking an HR Generalist to operate onsite and support payroll, recruiting and employee relations across a manufacturing environment. You will own timekeeping, payroll processing via Paycom, HRIS reporting, and ERP-based workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Strong payroll administration experience.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Proven stability with long tenure.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and support payroll-related administration through Paycom.
• Own time and attendance tracking, reporting, and employee support.
• Assist with recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS administration and reporting.
• Utilize ERP and HR systems to generate reports, analyze data, and support workforce initiatives.
• Build relationships across the facility by actively engaging with employees and leaders on the production floor.
