Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• At least two years of broad HR, people-operations, recruiting, payroll/benefits support, or employee-relations experience.
• Ability to travel periodically among assigned locations.
• Ability to handle confidential information and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an accessible first point of contact for employee questions on policies, pay, benefits, leave, attendance, performance, and HR procedures.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions, pay changes, leaves, and separations with HRIS handling.
• Maintain electronic personnel records, certifications, and confidential docs.
• Coordinate employment verifications, data corrections, org charts, recurring reports, and HR communications.
• Support benefits enrollment and leave coordination in partnership with specialists.
• Monitor requests, set priorities, document resolutions, and identify recurring issues.
