Job summary

Adecco Boise is hiring an HR Service Center Representative in Boise, Idaho. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners who need assistance with human resources and payroll-related questions.

On-site, full-time with a flexible eight-hour schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The position involves updating HR data, handling confidential information, and collaborating with HR teams during peak periods through March 26, 2027.

Qualifications

• At least one year of HR generalist, HR operations, or employee service center experience.
• Experience answering or researching HR and payroll-related questions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and handling of confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR and payroll inquiries via phone, email, or HR case management.
• Research employee questions and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Enter and update employee information in HR technology systems.
• Clarify concerns and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex inquiries to HR, payroll, or business unit teams.
• Maintain professionalism while handling confidential employee information.
• Complete administrative, transactional, data entry, and audit tasks.
• Cross-train with other HR teams for changing workloads.
• Provide support during seasonal hiring and benefits enrollment.
• Document inquiries and resolutions accurately in the case management system.
