Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hands-on HR Generalist or comparable HR experience.
• Direct experience with employee relations, FMLA/LOA, workers' comp, performance management, and investigations.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices.
• HRIS experience; Paychex is a plus.
• Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to provide specific examples of handling real-world HR situations.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee relations issues and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Administer FMLA and other leaves of absence.
• Support performance management, corrective actions, and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and benefits matters.
• Maintain HRIS records and employee documentation.
• Support HR compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting.
• Partner with payroll and benefits teams as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment.
