Job summary

The role includes employee relations counseling, policy enforcement, benefits administration, investigations, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR generalist support for managers, supervisors, and front-line employees.
• Provide employee relations counseling and enforce HR policies.
• Administer compensation and benefits and support performance management.
• Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions; manage workers' compensation.
• Maintain HRIS data and confidential records; assist onboarding and orientation.
