Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. seeks an entry-level HR Generalist at the Green Tree, Pittsburgh, PA onsite corporate office to support managers, supervisors, and front-line staff.

Key duties include entering new hire data in the HRIS, updating employee records, coordinating onboarding with Staffing and Payroll, training site managers on HR policies and HRIS usage, and handling confidential information with care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Must be detail-oriented and possess good follow-up skills.
• Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Must have computer knowledge and able to navigate UKG HRIS

Responsibilities

• Review and enter new employee information into Human Resources Information System
• Make changes to current employee statuses
• Collaborate with Staffing and Payroll departments with onboarding new hires and any changes with current employees
• Collaborate with HRIS department on utilizing system and any changes that are made
• Train site managers on HR policies, procedures and HRIS usage
