Hubbell Incorporated, in Iron Mountain, MI, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to provide onsite HR support for Systems Control. You will help recruit and onboard, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws while supporting HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Relocation assistance is offered. You will partner with the HR Manager to communicate policies and maintain confidentiality, contributing to a customer-focused, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Management preferred.
• 2-3 years HR experience required.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Administer HR plans and procedures for all personnel and develop policies.
• Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate pre-employment screenings.
• Organize employee engagement activities and promote inclusion.
• Communicate policies clearly with managers and staff.
• Assist in recruitment, postings, resume review and interview coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management and support performance initiatives.
• Keep up with HR trends and regulatory changes.
