Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to run daily HR functions at the Iron Mountain, MI site, partnering with plant leadership to foster a high-performance culture and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include HR support for manufacturing staff, recruiting, onboarding, wellness activities, performance reviews, and updates to job descriptions and compensation, with relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with proven deadlines.
• Proficient with or able to learn HRIS and talent management system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily HR support to manufacturing employees and maintain positive employee relations and engagement.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring; collaborate with managers to define required skills and competencies.
• Conduct new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Organize and lead employee wellness and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance reviews to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity.
• Work with Plant Leadership on job descriptions and compensation updates.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
