Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support onsite in Iron Mountain, MI. You will administer HR plans, coordinate onboarding, assist recruitment, manage employee relations and ensure compliance with laws.

You will promote an inclusive culture, partner with leaders, and contribute to performance management and employee development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Management preferred.
• 2–3 years HR experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Aufgaben

• Administer HR plans and procedures for all personnel; develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate screenings and orientation.
• Organize employee engagement activities and promote inclusive culture.
• Communicate policy changes clearly to ensure a customer-driven environment.
• Assist in recruitment through job postings, resume reviews and interview coordination.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management; support performance management and retention.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes and new HR technologies.
