Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project in Denton, NC. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.

Schedule: 7:00 AM start time to align with field operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience including payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting hourly employees and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Assist onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Support payroll accuracy through timekeeping audits.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain HR records and assist with reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate on audits, apprenticeships, and workforce development initiatives.
