Integrity Staffing seeks an HR Manager to join our onsite team at a major client in New Jersey for a 3-6 month period. You will act as a trusted resource for client managers, internal staff, and temporary employees, ensuring a compliant, engaging workplace.

You will leverage expertise in human capital management, employment law, and change management to promote employee engagement, resolve issues, and support recruiting and onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience focusing on employee relations or HR compliance.
• Expertise in employment and labor law, HR compliance, and conflict management techniques.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, including succession planning and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Experience managing large-scale headcount.
• Strategic thinker able to balance day-to-day employee relations challenges.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for employee relations, guidance on conflicts, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
• Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and culture enhancement.
• Manage investigations of grievances, harassment, or policy violations with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with leadership on change management and large-scale organizational changes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR standards.
• Support talent acquisition through recruitment strategies, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Facilitate training programs to strengthen coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Utilize HR systems such as HRIS, Nitro Ticketing, Bamboo and Bullhorn.
