Qualifications

• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, retention support, offboarding, and exit interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting efforts, offer letters, new hire orientation, and completion of onboarding documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, COBRA coordination, and employee benefits communication.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, job descriptions, salary structures, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, policy communication, conflict resolution, and manager guidance.
• Track leaves of absence, workers' compensation claims, safety programs, ergonomic processes, and injury reporting in compliance with applicable regulations.
