The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our onsite HR team in Wheaton, IL. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, and HRIS data while ensuring compliance and process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's Degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of admin experience, and may have PHR or SHRM-CP certification. This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related administrative experience.
