Job summary

Staffmark is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to support program leadership in assessing talent needs and coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding. You will administer tests, maintain files, ensure compliance with safety, dress code, and codes of conduct, and collaborate with recruiters to improve onboarding touchpoints.

Responsibilities include updating position descriptions, tracking time, and ensuring accurate documentation and SOP compliance across departments.

• Documentation and recordkeeping experience.

• Partner with recruiter to design and lead onboarding touchpoints.
• Assist employees with edits/updates to position descriptions and skills evaluations.
• Assure compliance of ongoing work-related training to meet client quality and compliance requirements.
• Assist management with documentation and close out contract employee files.
• Review department SOPs and Work Instructions for quality and accuracy.

• Develop, administer, and evaluate applicant tests.
• Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding of talent to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Complete new employee orientation checklist
• Train on Facility Safety; Dress Code; Code of Conduct (Inappropriate Behavior and Sexual Harassment Behaviors); Absentee Guidelines; Requesting Time Off; Tracking Time Worked; Electronic Time Entry; Facility Tours.
• Partner with recruiter to design and lead talent tenure touch points.
• Assist employees with edits/updates to position descriptions, “Skills Evaluation.”
• Assure compliance of ongoing work-related training to meet client quality and compliance requirements
• Assist management/supplier with documentation.
• Close out contract employee’s personal file.
• Review department SOPs and Work Instructions for quality and accuracy.
