Job summary

• Under the direction of Program leadership, assess talent employee needs.
• Develop, administer, and evaluate applicant tests.
• Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding of talent to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Complete new employee orientation checklist
• Train on Facility Safety; Dress Code; Code of Conduct (Inappropriate Behavior and Sexual Harassment Behaviors); Absentee Guidelines; Requesting Time Off; Tracking Time Worked; Electronic Time Entry; Facility Tours.
• Partner with recruiter to design and lead talent tenure touch points.
• Assist employees with edits/updates to position descriptions, "Skills Evaluation."
• Assure compliance of ongoing work-related training to meet client quality and compliance requirements
• Assist management/supplier with documentation.
• Close out contract employee's personal file.
• Review department SOPs and Work Instructions for quality and accuracy.
