Job summary

HumanGood in Escondido, CA, is seeking a Full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our on-site team. Under supervision, you will handle payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruiting, safety and training, and support team members and residents with professionalism.

Key requirements include an AA degree in HR or business, at least 2 years of HR assistant experience, strong communication, and solid MS Office/HRIS skills. Salary: $22–$26/hour, 37.5 hours/week, DOE.

Qualifications

• AA degree in human resources or business administration (essential).
• 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
• Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll, benefits, HRIS, team member relations, recruitment, hiring, safety and training.
• Initiate benefits paperwork and produce team member newsletter; assist in special projects.
• Support professionalism to ensure resident and team member satisfaction.
