HumanGood's Redwood Terrace in Escondido is hiring a Full-time Human Resources Assistant to support payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruitment, and safety. The role involves on-site collaboration and handling benefits paperwork, team communications, and special projects.

The ideal candidate has an AA in HR or business admin and at least two years as an HR assistant, plus familiarity with labor law and employment equity. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• AA degree in human resources or business administration (essential).
• 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
• Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.

Responsabilités

• Handles payroll, benefits, HRIS, team member relations, recruitment, hiring, safety and training.
• Initiates benefits paperwork and assists in special projects.
• Prepares team member communications and newsletter.
